What is the salary for a Cisco CCNA?

Are you in the IT field as an entry-level help desk assistant or as a junior LAN administrator and want to move up the corporate ladder for a more profitable job? Already have your CompTIA A + or one of Microsoft's lower-level certifications and wondering how to get to the next level and what skills are needed to take the next leap? Most network professionals will probably tell you that now that you have a basic understanding of the interface of how computers work, now you need to learn how network traffic is handled and how it really works!

This leads us to one of the most respected IT certifications, Cisco Certified Network Associate or CCNA. CCNAs are assigned the task of installing, configuring, and managing corporate networks, and since every business has a network, there is a high demand for those who truly know the CCNA network unconditionally. You will learn the details of how traffic actually moves across the network and how to sculpt it to be efficient and fast for your users without wasting valuable bandwidth.

So you wonder, what are the prospects for CCNA certified members and what are they doing now? Well what would you say if I told you that the salary range for a CCNA according to a recent survey went from $ 39,000 to $ 119,000? You would be surprised like me!

So, let's take a look at a couple of data points and also try to dissect a bit more of the information provided. The survey sample came from just over 8,000 members. The first problem I see in the survey below is that we have a wide range of skills.
